Hong Kong merupakan kota dengan penduduk yang padat dan memiliki tingkat biaya hidup yang juga tinggi, tidak terkecuali bagi anak muda. Penyewaan tempat tinggal menjadi permasalahan bagi para siswa dimana apartemen yang memadai dan bagus menawarkan harga sewa yang relatif tinggi, sedangkan apartemen yang lebih murah tidak cukup nyaman. Bertujuan memberikan solusi untuk masalah penyewaan ini, LYCS Architecture menghadirkan desain interior apartemen revolusioner yang dikhususkan untuk para siswa, yaitu Campus Hong Kong. Tim desainer menjawab permasalahan dengan cara baru dan terjangkau dengan merenovasi bangunan hotel yang sudah ada.
